Lorry Driver (Class 3) / Furniture Mover

You will be responsible for ensuring that our products reach our customers' home safely as well as assisting in installation of furniture on the spot if needed. Drivers under our family will also ensure that they drive with road safety as a priority and provide the best customer service to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • To pack and deliver furniture to customers’ home in a timely and safe manner
  • To ensure road safety when on the road
  • Communicate and resolve customers' concern during delivery
  • Assisting in installation of furniture
  • Involved in incoming container shipment in unloading if required

Requirements

  • Holding a valid and accident-free Singapore class 3 driving license for at least 2 years
  • Physically fit and strong due to carrying of furniture
  • Basic proficiency in spoken English



Warehouse Staff / Assistant

You will be responsible for ensuring that our products are prepared well and in good order before delivery. Housekeeping in warehouse is a top priority in ensuring good work-safe environment.

Responsibilities

  • To prepare, assemble, check and pack furniture ready for outbound delivery
  • Responsible for stock take of new shipment arrival and labelling
  • Assist Warehouse Supervisor in arrangement of goods in warehouse, making sure goods are stored neat and tidy
  • Preparation of displays for showrooms
  • Other adhoc duties

Requirements

  • Physically fit and strong due to carrying of furniture
  • Basic proficiency in spoken English



Sales Associate

Our sales associates thrive on giving the best customer service to every customer that walks in to our studios or through phone/email correspondence. On top of being well versed in our product range, our salesperson will be there to advise and recommend the right product for every customer’s needs. Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
  • Follow and achieve department’s sales goals
  • “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
  • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
  • Process POS (point of sale) purchases
  • Cross sell products
  • Handle returns of merchandise
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers
  • Comply with inventory control procedures
  • Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in a similar role
  • Furniture experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in English
  • Track record of over-achieving sales quota
  • Hands-on experience with POS transactions
  • Familiarity with inventory procedures
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
  • Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner

Logistics Admin/Customer Service Officer

As a logistics admin and customer service officer, you will be responsible to provide support for all the supply chain procedures and your ultimate goal is to ensure all our customers receive their orders correctly, on time and without issues. You will also be responsible to attend to any aftersales queries and provide timely solutions. 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customers are updated with regards to their orders
  • Ensure proper management of inventory and book-keeping
  • Making sure stock is sufficient for new orders and pre orders are properly managed
  • Managing of delivery routes and ensuring all deliveries are carried out efficiently
  • Processing of orders from different e-channel platforms (eg. Lazada, Shopee)
  • Managing and supervising warehouse personnel

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in a similar role
  • Well versed in Microsoft office. Advanced skill in Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in English

 

Product Development Executive

As a product development executive, you assist to determine new product collections through market research and future/past trends. You will be closely working with marketing and sales team to review new and existing products and aligning to the overall marketing strategy. You will also be responsible to launch new products on our ecommerce website and in our studio.

Responsibilities

  • Report on product and category performance
  • Perform market research on pricing and trends
  • Develop new product range and launches
  • Partner closely with marketing and sales to review existing and new products to formulate marketing and sales strategy
  • Maintain inventory to support marketing/promotional strategy
  • Maintain existing vendor relationship and source for new suppliers
  • Attend trade fairs for market research and propose new product lines
  • Conduct training on new product launches
  • Ensure the low cost and accuracy of fulfilment of products from suppliers' side to customers' homes (end-to-end process)
  • Other Ad-hoc duties

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in a similar role
